After having successfully completed several internships in the Bolze Associés law firm since 2016, during which Florent became familiar with its working practices and the expectations of its clients, he joined the firm as a Junior Associate in 2019.

Florent puts forward his competence in business law, his perseverance, his perfectionism as well as his natural Southern France composure (from Toulouse) to assist the firm’s clients in their M&A transactions and, more broadly, in corporate and commercial matters.

During his studies Florent gained extensive work experience firstly as a corporate lawyer in an accountant’s office, then as an intern in the Corporate and Property department of the Transdev group, and with the Parisian firm , Veil Jourde, the latter completing his corporate M&A experience with the understanding of restructuring and bankruptcy.
