Attorney at law at the Paris bar (Counsel) Ingrid has been assisting her clients since 2004 in domestic and international M&A and Private Equity transactions as well as cross border transactions (acquisitions, mergers, demergers, LBOs, MBOs , build ups) and/or development of their business activities ( joint ventures , legal internal reorganisations, carve -outs, spin-offs). She works mainly for industrial companies, SMEs, investment funds and family offices.

Ingrid enjoys working in project mode with the firm’s clients and partners using her adaptability, availability, experience and her determination to ensure that the transaction is carried out to perfection taking into account the business and financial aspects of the deal. She has excellent understanding of the activities, practices and expectations of her clients. Ingrid has also developed a marked tendency for the Property law aspects of the files she works on.

Before joining Bolze Associés in 2018 Ingrid developed her expertise in French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, such as Winston & Strawn and Lefevre Pelletier.
