Bolze Associés, a Parisian business law boutique firm and recognized expert in M&A and Private Equity, is continuing to expand.

We are delighted not only to announce that Tiphaine HUE has become a partner on november 2019 but also to welcome two new associates on the team, making a total of 7 lawyers (3 partners and 1 counsel).

Tiphaine (DESS de Droit du Commerce International – LLM International Legal Studies, American University, Washington DC – DEJA, Université Paris X Nanterre) joined Bolze Associés in 2017 as a specialist in M&A, Private Equity and investment capital, after having had extensive experience in large international law firms as well as in her own structure.

Two new lawyers have joined the team to reinforce the firm’s development:

Alexandre CARTERET (Master 2 – MBA « Droit des affaires – Gestion – Management », Université Paris Panthéon Assas), after having practiced for over 2 years in the Cornet Vincent Ségurel law firm in Paris, and

Florent PRISQUE (Master 2 – Droit des affaires, Université Toulouse 1 Capitole) who has just been called to the bar after successfully completing his law studies.
