After being admitted to the Paris bar in November 2021, Aliénor joined the team Bolze Associés in may 2023.

Aliénor has a Master’s degree in Corporate and European Union Law and advises the firm’s clients on mergers and acquisitions, internal reorganisations and, more generally, all corporate law issues.

Before joining Bolze Associés, Aliénor completed a number of internships with Parisian law firms specialising in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, as well as with the legal department of Electricité De France (EDF). She also began practising with SPARK Avocats, a law firm specialising in search fund transactions, as well as all types of sale, acquisition and fund-raising operations.

Drawing on all this experience, Aliénor has acquired the necessary reflexes to support and manage the cases entrusted to her, which she tackles with dynamism and enthusiasm.
