After being admitted to the Paris bar in November 2021, Chloé returned to Bolze Associés where she successfully completed her final internship.

After her undergraduate studies at the Sorbonne, she obtained a master’s degree in business law and business management. Chloé now assists the firm’s clients in their mergers and acquisitions, internal reorganizations and more generally in corporate and commercial law.

Before joining Bolze Associés, Chloé worked in Parisian business law firms in the fields of Private Equity, Management Packages and Mergers and Acquisitions and also enriched her experience within the Corporate Law and Real Estate division of the TRANSDEV Group, as well as in a Parisian accounting firm.

Thanks to this varied professional training over the years, Chloé has acquired the necessary reflexes in the processing of client files, which she approaches with dynamism, curiosity and always the same taste for a challenge!
