Eric started practicing law in a Parisian firm assisting companies and entrepreneurs but rapidly had the desire to create his own entrepreneurial experience in founding Bolze Associés in his father’s footsteps. Hence, since 1991 Eric has had the pleasure to assist a loyal and solid client base made up of listed companies, ETIs, and SMEs as well as family offices and managers, in the energy, trading and distribution, luxury hotel industry and property fields.

Eric’s listening skills and pragmatism add to his acute business awareness in successfully accompanying his clients in all their corporate finance transactions. His fine-tuned negotiating skills in all circumstances are particularly appreciated.

Eric has developed significant expertise in cross border acquisition transactions and over the years has created a competent and valued professional network in France and abroad.

• University of Canterbury (UK) – LLM International Commercial law
• University Paris X – Master in Business Law
