Sophie advises the firm’s clients on private equity (seed, venture capital, LBOs, management packages) and also on mergers and acquisitions transactions. She advises both founders/managers and investment funds/family offices.

Sophie joined Yards in Paris in 2015. She left Paris in 2019 to move to her hometown of Lyon. After four years in the Corporate/M&A team at Fidal in Lyon, Sophie, motivated by the idea of combining her legal experience with business development, decided to join Bolze Associés in July 2023.

With her nine years’ experience behind her, she set up the Lyon office with the support of Éric Bolze, enabling the firm to strengthen its proximity to local clients and historical partners.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Degree in Corporate law (Stockholms universitet)

• Postgraduate Degree in Business law (University of Lumière Lyon 2)

• Postgraduate Degree in Law and International Management ​(ESCP Business School)
